Wendy Solomon, Spa Owner, Esthetician

Wendy Solomon’s career began in 1988, when she became an image consultant after receiving training in skin care, cosmetics, color analysis, and image services. A featured speaker at many companies, she lectured on various dress-for-success topics and was a frequent guest on both AM Northwest and Good Day Oregon. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Communications at Marylhurst University. 

She began Flawless Day Spa in January of 2012, with a goal of helping people with their spa, wellness, and beauty needs.  She is interested in educating her clients and in creating a community for people interested in their health and image.  In addition to the spa services that are offered, she and her team provide classes on topics such as self-care, nutrition, and personal image.

Tonya Redd, Team Manager, Massage Therapist

Tonya has been a full time massage therapist for over 13 years and has been with Flawless since May of 2013.  She is skilled in deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, and aromatherapy, among others.  Tonya has a very caring attitude, and has an intuitive ability to understand the person's therapeutic needs.  She has great passion in providing effective client-centered bodywork

Her strong background in customer service and management, and her understanding of the importance of the guest experience makes her the perfect fit for our Flawless family. She is a very calm and centered person, and always comes to work with a smile on her face. Because she is so liked and respected by her peers, she was the perfect candidate to lead the whole team. She oversees our team of therapists, and assists in all the demands of the running of the spa from taking care of our guests to managing our team!

Renee Allen, Operations Manager

Renee has been a part of our family since the spring of 2014.  She began as a receptionist and worked her way up to management. She is responsible for the spa sales and general operations.

She is dedicated to the client experience at Flawless and strives to provide individualized attention and care to each and every guest.  From a warm welcome, to a offering a glass of wine, to making sure questions are answered, she makes sure every single client feels at home every time while also ensuring that the spa is in tip top shape throughout the day!
